Welcome to Digitize Stitch. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for using our embroidery digitizing and vector art services. By placing an order, you agree to all points listed below.
Introduction
Digitize Stitch provides embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, patch digitizing, 3D puff, chenille, applique, logo digitizing, and related artwork services. All customers must read and accept these terms before using our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or submitting artwork, you confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any order.
Services Provided
We offer:
• Embroidery Digitizing
• Vector Art Conversion
• Patch, Applique, 3D Puff, Chenille, and Logo Digitizing
• Custom embroidery artwork preparation
Turnaround varies based on complexity.
Order Requirements
To ensure quality results, customers should provide:
• Clear artwork (minimum 300 DPI)
• Acceptable formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, SVG
• Exact instructions (size, fabric type, stitch type, etc.)
• A valid email address for delivery
Low-quality or unclear artwork may require additional charges.
Customer Artwork Ownership
All artwork sent by the customer remains their property. Digitize Stitch does not claim ownership over customer-provided artwork.
File Ownership & Usage Rights
After delivery and full payment:
• The customer becomes the exclusive owner of the embroidery and vector files.
• Files may be used on any product, merchandise, or stitched items for sale.
• We do not resell, reuse, share, or publish customer files under any circumstances.
Prohibited Uses
Customers may not:
• Submit copyrighted artwork they do not own
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Request edits or digitizing of unauthorized content
Digitize Stitch is not responsible for verifying copyright ownership.
Revisions & Paid Edits
We offer up to 5 free revisions per design.
Free revisions include small corrections or minor quality fixes.
Paid edits apply to:
• Major resizing
• Redesign of elements
• Adding or removing parts
• Style/structure changes
Paid edits cost $5–$8, depending on complexity.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
Eligible:
• The request is made within 7 days of the last payment
• The customer provides valid proof or a stitch-out showing a file issue
• Digitize Stitch is unable to correct the file after revisions
Not Eligible:
• No stitch-out or proof provided
• Change of mind
• New artwork requests unrelated to an error
• Design changes (size, style, additions, etc.)
• Store designs (non-custom files)
Digitize Stitch does not charge processing fees for valid refunds.
Delivery Method
All final files are delivered exclusively via email.
We do not use WhatsApp, file portals, or messaging apps for deliveries.
File Formats Delivered
Embroidery Formats: DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS, XXX, ART, OFM, PXF, and others by request.
Vector Formats: AI, SVG, PDF, PNG, EPS, JPG.
Turnaround Time
• Standard orders: 4–12 hours
• Rush orders: 1–4 hours
Complex artwork may require additional time; customers will be notified in advance.
Rush Orders
If a rush order cannot be delivered within the confirmed time, a refund is available only if the file has not been delivered yet.
Backup File Storage
Digitize Stitch maintains a lifetime secure backup of delivered files.
Customers may request their old files anytime at no additional cost.
No Resale Policy
Digitize Stitch does not resell, reuse, display, or share customer designs.
All files remain confidential.
Customer Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Supplying artwork they legally own
• Providing accurate instructions
• Ensuring artwork quality is suitable for digitizing
Digitize Stitch is not liable for issues caused by unclear, low-quality, or incomplete artwork.
Privacy & Data Handling
• We do not store payment information.
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools unless stated.
• We do not send promotional emails unless requested.
• Customer files and data are kept confidential and never shared with third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Digitize Stitch is not responsible for:
• Machine tension issues, hooping errors, or operator mistakes
• Incorrect instructions provided by the customer
• Fabric behavior outside normal digitizing expectations
• Losses caused by misuse of delivered files
Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased service.
Changes to Terms
Digitize Stitch may update these Terms & Conditions as required.
Continued use of the service means acceptance of the latest version.
