For Custom Digitizing and Vector Conversion, the files are digitized and converted to vector for the customer. These electronic file formats sent to customers can be used on any product and can be sold out. The customer will be the sole owner of the file and will have full rights of use.

Digitize-Stitch only converts the given artwork to an embroidery or vector file. It charges a fee for this service. We will delete all jobs from our team system within 30 days of sending them to the customer. They are only saved in our company owner’s systems. Customers can access them any time in the future. Digitize-Stitch will not use or re-sell these files in any case to any other customer.

Refund Policy

While other creators might not offer refunds for digital products, we have a different approach. We offer refunds under specific circumstances. If you made your last payment within the previous seven days.

Moreover, we provide free edits based on quality until you’re completely satisfied. There’s no trial or grace period after purchasing the files, making all sales final.
